Slide With the implementation of internationalization, MCU’s campus environments have been enriched by having diverse nationalities, races and languages co-exist on its campuses, making it the foremost multi-cultural education environment in Taiwan.
English is the required tool for teaching and communication in International College (IC); students are required to communicate and present in English, which cultivates learning in an environment of diverse languages and multiple cultures during their university life. MCU’s teaching environment is truly unique in Taiwan, especially among undergraduate programs.

Slide International College features a close combination of theory and cultivating students with high quality employability to meeting job market needs. To that end, IC actively advances international internships and learning mechanisms for students on the foundation of English-instructed curriculum. And in the case of entering the fashion market in Europe using French as a third language, MCU students are cultivated with high competiveness for global employment. Compared with other higher education institutions which cultivate similar young professionals, multilingual internships and learning environment is another special feature of IC.
In order to achieve the requirement of internationalization and globalization in both teaching and research, IC curriculum planning not only emphasizes equipping students with professional knowledge, but also strengthens them following market trends in the industry and job market.

Slide IC appoints faculty members with professional experience for enhancing instruction in theory with experience in applications. Furthermore, in order to establish a complete international academic foundation for IC and cultivate talents for the market, instruction combines learning and practice using innovative, creative practice and case studies to cultivate students with business management ability, communication skills and professional abilities.
IC aims to cultivate talents with global / international business management capacity. Even though IC has only been established for ten years, its graduates have demonstrated great abilities in diverse professional fields and society.
With spirited devotion, IC cultivates excellent talents for the national and global markets, promotes added value for Taiwan so that its potential is thoroughly cultivated, and from that looks out toward the world and steps forward globally.
